#Chapter I — Definitions and Privacy

#Article 1 — Definitions

Screensharers are approved inspectors for TierTests servers whose purpose is to identify unauthorized modifications, injectors, or cheats on a suspect's device. They are identified through the Discord role "Screensharer". The minimum age for Screensharers is 16 years old.

Screenshare Managers is the highest authority over all inspections and Screensharers within TierTests. They track quality, rulings, and appeals.

Screensharing refers to the inspection process initiated when a Screensharer notifies a player through the designated Discord ticket or clip review system that they are under investigation for suspected cheats.

Players are all members of TierTests servers regardless of role or rank.

Suspects are players currently under inspection until the process concludes.

Higher Authority includes management, ownership, and designated Screenshare Managers.

Detect.ac is the authorized scanning and detection system approved by TierTests for assisting screensharing.

#Article 2 — Data Privacy, Security, and User Safety

• Players acknowledge that by allowing the Screensharer to record the screensharing session, TierTests will make every effort to maintain the privacy of the recording but cannot guarantee it.
• Players who record their own screenshare may keep that recording for personal reference but may not share it publicly or with third parties. Doing so can result in penalties under this Protocol.
• Players have the right to disallow recording by the Screensharer. However, if the Screensharer does not record and the player later files a report, TierTests is not responsible for any alleged misconduct. This clause becomes void if the player themselves recorded and provided the full inspection video.
• Players will be de-penalized if a Screensharer is found to have tampered with or maliciously manipulated the player's system, even if the player was found cheating.
• Inspection evidence is retained by Screenshare Managers for up to one calendar month. Appeals filed after this period will treat the evidence as finalised.
• Both parties may record the screenshare, but neither may publish or distribute it unless explicit permission is granted.
• Trimmed or incomplete recordings cannot be used to claim tampering unless the Screensharer also fails to provide a complete recording.
• TierTests follows all relevant data protection and privacy laws. If a player is discovered to be under 16 years old, the screenshare is to be immediately terminated.
• Players may refuse inspection requests from unauthorized Screensharers.
• Players cannot refuse Detect.ac scans during official TierTests competitive matches.

#Chapter II — Imperative Norms

#Article 3 — Consent Forms

Verbal or written consent to a screenshare constitutes agreement to this Protocol and its terms.

#Article 4 — Implied Consent

If a player voluntarily allows remote access, runs Detect.ac, or discusses screensharing regulations, consent is considered implied and binding.

#Article 5 — Purpose and Scope

This Protocol establishes the foundation for penalties and conduct expectations during screenshares. It applies to all TierTests players, staff, and Screensharers to ensure a fair competitive environment.

#Article 6 — Application of Rules

All screenshares are valid only when conducted through the TierTests ticket or support system. Exceptions can only be made by Screenshare Managers or Management.

#Article 7 — Appeals

Appeals may only be reviewed by Screenshare Managers unless permission is given by Management.

#Article 8 — Troll Reports

False or troll reports waste staff time and may result in a ban under the Petty Ticket Rule. Repeat offenders can receive long-term or permanent bans.

#Chapter III — Reporting and Screensharing Procedures

#Article 9 — Reporting Procedures

• Reports must include video evidence from the reporter's perspective.
• Reports without sufficient evidence are automatically dismissed.
• Accepted reports must result in a screenshare within 7 days or they will automatically close unless extended by a Head Screensharer.

#Article 10 — Screensharing Procedures

• Detect.ac and other automated scanners serve as assisting tools only.
• Screensharers cannot issue bans solely based on automated results unless approved by Management.
• Files must be opened or analysed to verify a banned modification.
• File names alone are not valid proof unless blatantly suspicious (e.g. ghost_client.jar, cheatinjector.exe).
• Unverifiable forensic traces and unrecoverable files can only be used as evidence if the screenshare directly leads back to them.

#Definitions of Offenses

#Inability to Screenshare

Screenshare cannot be completed due to uncontrollable player-side issues such as a slow PC or unstable internet connection.

#Stalling or Tampering

Player deliberately interferes with or delays screensharing, refuses access, or trolls during the session.

#Refusal of Screenshare

Explicit verbal refusal to allow screensharing or to run Detect.ac when required.

#Bypass Attempts

Efforts to hide or remove evidence before or during the screenshare. This includes deleting files, using cleaners, scripting bypasses, or disabling logging and diagnostics.

#Failure to Provide Last 2 Minutes

Inability or refusal to provide the last two minutes of gameplay when requested. No excuses are accepted for missing footage.

#Banned Modifications

Any mod, client, or script not permitted on TierTests, including ghost clients, macro injectors, auto-clickers, or illegal PvP modifications.

#Unrecoverable Files and Forensic Traces

Files linked to cheats or bypasses that cannot be recovered, analysed, or dated accurately.

#Bribery and Corruption

Any attempt to bribe or influence a Screensharer to alter results or hide evidence.

#Malicious Behavior

Includes booting, doxxing, or any form of digital harassment or malicious action. Such actions lead to a permanent blacklist.

• All decisions made by Screenshare Management are final unless overturned by unanimous agreement of Screenshare Managers.
• Players found attempting to manipulate or intimidate Screensharers during or after the process may face additional bans.
• Screensharing is designed to ensure fair competitive play and uphold the integrity of TierTests Network.
