By joining TierTests, you agree to follow all rules on this page, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Discord's Terms of Service, and Discord's Community Guidelines. Breaking these rules may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or permanent bans. Just because something is not listed does not mean it is allowed â if you are unsure, ask staff before doing it.
Sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting the personal information of any individual â including real names, addresses, IP addresses, or school details â results in a permanent and unappealable blacklist. This applies to threats of DDoS, swatting, hacking, or any form of real-world harm, even if stated as a joke.
Racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, or any form of discriminatory language or content will result in immediate enforcement action.
Adult content, gore, extreme violence, or any explicit material is prohibited everywhere on the platform.
Excessive messages, emoji floods, caps abuse, soundboard spam, or any behaviour that disrupts normal communication is not permitted.
Unsolicited self-promotion, server invites, or product advertisements â including via direct message â are prohibited unless explicitly permitted by staff.
Do not unnecessarily mention or ping users, roles, testers, or staff. Use mentions responsibly and only when relevant.
Creating fake, test, or troll support tickets wastes staff time and will result in punishment. Repeat offenders may receive escalating bans.
Usernames and profile pictures must remain appropriate at all times. Staff may request changes and may take action if a request is not complied with.
Follow staff instructions promptly. Arguing with, disrespecting, or obstructing staff members may result in penalties. Staff hold final authority on moderation matters subject to the appeals process.
TierTests strictly enforces Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Violations of Discord's rules are also violations of our rules.
Each person may hold only one active TierTests account. Alternate accounts are prohibited under any circumstance. Knowingly associating with or failing to report a known alternate account is also a punishable offence.
Accounts may not be shared with, sold to, rented to, or transferred to any other person. This applies to TierTests accounts, Discord accounts, and Minecraft accounts. We cannot provide support for accounts you have purchased.
You may not impersonate TierTests staff, testers, or any other user or platform.
Using hacked clients, disallowed modifications, macros, scripts, auto-clickers, or any form of unauthorized external assistance during tier tests or on any TierTests-affiliated server is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
Intentionally underperforming during a tier test to receive a lower tier than your true skill level ("deranking") is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.
Coordinating with other users to artificially influence tier test outcomes â whether to inflate or deflate a result â ("boosting") is prohibited.
Repeatedly dodging tests, abandoning matches after being paired, or otherwise abusing the queue system is prohibited.
If you discover a bug, exploit, or unintended behaviour in any TierTests system, you are required to report it to staff immediately. Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them is a violation of these rules and our Terms of Service.
Collecting, scraping, or harvesting data from TierTests systems in an unauthorized or automated manner is prohibited.
DDoS attacks, botting, flooding, or any attempt to impair the performance or availability of TierTests services is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent blacklist.
Once a tier test has begun, you are expected to see it through to completion. Leaving a test early without a valid reason, or forcing a test to be voided through your conduct, may result in penalties including extended cooldowns.
You must participate in tests in the geographic region (EU, NA, or AS) that accurately reflects your actual location. Misrepresenting your region to gain a latency advantage is prohibited.
Post-test cooldown periods must be respected. Attempting to bypass cooldowns through alternate accounts or any other means is a violation of these rules and your Terms of Service.
Tier assignments made by testers are final subject only to the official appeals process. You may not attempt to pressure, bribe, threaten, or otherwise improperly influence a tester's decision.
If you believe a tier assignment is inaccurate, you may submit an appeal through the official process in our Discord server. TierTests has final authority over all appeal outcomes.
Vouches must be genuine and reflect your honest assessment of another user's skill. Submitting false, exaggerated, coordinated, coerced, or retaliatory vouches is prohibited.
Organizing groups of users to vouch for each other, creating reciprocal vouch agreements, or otherwise manipulating the vouch system for personal gain is prohibited.
Participating in tier testing on TierTests means agreeing to our Screensharing Protocol. Players may be requested to undergo a screenshare inspection if suspected of using unauthorized modifications. Violations of the Screensharing Protocol affect your standing across TierTests and any partnered servers.
If you believe an enforcement action against your account is incorrect, disproportionate, or lacks sufficient basis, you may submit an appeal.
