This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations when purchasing products from our Store at tiertests.com/store.
This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Defined terms used but not defined here carry the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your access will end and no further payments will be taken. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any period already paid.

We reserve the right to revoke your access to any product you have purchased, been gifted, or otherwise obtained, in accordance with the Terms of Service. If your product access is revoked due to a breach of the Terms of Service by you, you are not entitled to a refund. If you believe your access has been revoked in error, contact us with proof of purchase â without proof of purchase we are unable to investigate or re-grant access.
All Store products, once used, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, unless an exception below applies or your mandatory statutory rights require otherwise.
Purchases are categorised as follows for refund purposes:

An Unused Product may be refunded if a refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the time of purchase. To request a refund, open a support ticket in our Discord server (see Section 6).
In some cases, we may at our discretion approve refund requests for lightly used products where minimal access has occurred, even where the strict 48-hour or unused conditions are not met.
In exceptional circumstances, management may approve a refund regardless of how long ago the purchase was made or whether the product was used. These exceptions are entirely discretionary and offered as a goodwill gesture; they are not a contractual right and do not create any precedent or obligation.

When you complete a purchase, you receive access to the associated digital content immediately upon payment being confirmed.

A chargeback is a reversal of a transaction initiated by your bank or payment provider, typically under the payment network's buyer protection rules. Chargebacks are a legitimate tool for disputing fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues â including unauthorised purchases, billing errors, and unfulfilled products â can be resolved quickly through our support channels without the need for a formal dispute. Opening a support ticket costs you nothing and often results in a faster resolution.
Initiating a chargeback or unauthorised payment reversal without first contacting us constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service. As a result:
This does not apply to chargebacks that are ultimately upheld as genuinely fraudulent or unauthorised transactions where you had no means to contact us first.
Submitting false or misleading refund requests, or exploiting our refund policy in bad faith, constitutes refund abuse. Refund abuse is a breach of the Terms of Service and will result in refusal of the request and may result in account suspension or blacklisting.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to submit evidence to the relevant payment network to dispute it. We maintain records of purchases, access logs, and communications for this purpose.
